Oakley Replacement Black Iridium Polarized Outdoor Recreation Review

I love Oakleys and have had them for 20 years, I usually buy a new pair after 3 or 4 years, but for $123 I replaced lenses, nose pads and arm rests instead of $180 for a new pair.

Fast shipping arrived as described. They are great for fishing in coastal rivers and lakes or any other activity where you can see better in or out of the water - they have better visibility than just polarized ones. Very impressive!

They fitted perfectly but were a little darker than my original prism lenses. Otherwise they are fine. It was still cheaper than buying another pair of sunglasses, but not by much. 80 euros is a lot for two small lenses that always scratch.

Works great. After more than 5 years of heavy use, it's time to replace your lenses. The new lenses were easy to install and appear to be better than the new Flax 2.0 lenses. Decided to use Oakley lenses instead of fake ones and I'm glad I did.

That's good, easy to install, really excellent engineering. I had to order replacement lenses over a year ago, which leads to the question "why can't I get these at the Oakley store?". Looks a little silly these days. Lenses 5 stars +. Morotica when buying 1 star minus!

The image of the lenses does not match the actual colour. I replaced worn and scratched lenses. I knew I needed Road Prism lenses, which are more of a purple color. The purple prism travel lenses were exactly what I received and they arrived quickly (within days of ordering and I'm not contributing much to that).

Difficult assembly. When comparing the lenses to the old ones, there were very small mechanical differences. During installation, they had to be removed from the frame of the housing with considerable effort. I almost gave up but the site says universal. Others haven't had this problem, my frames are about 5 years old. In any case, be aware that they may not arrive as others have claimed. With the right amount of power and flex in the frame, they're in and they'll never come out! Rschunimagu.

Oakley Flak with progressive RX lens was purchased about 2 years ago. Paid $1100, worth every penny after a few tries RayBan, Maui Jim, Oakley are amazing. Recently purchased progressive contact lenses, ordered non-RX lenses from Revain which is what led me to this review. The delivery was on time, I had it in less than 48 hours after ordering, the exchange is not as obvious as the RX lens but very close. I spent almost 2 hours at Sunglass Hut looking for a second pair of glasses without RX…
