Excellent Service - Easy Setup / Integration

I like how easy it was to set up, integrate with our other applications (like Freshbooks) as well as their customer service team which helped us get setup quickly after we signed-up for an account! They have some really good features such as linking gift cards or loyalty programs from different providers together so you can manage them all through one platform. The only thing i dislike about this program compared to others out there are they don't offer any special discounts/coupons unless your

Great Product With Excellent Customer Service

I like how it helps me to keep track of my loyalty points, as well as helping with gift card redemption! It's easy to use and navigate through. Sometimes there are glitches when using certain features but overall you can trust them for their integrity and support. Overall great product! The only problem I have with this program is you cannot redeem your own rewards and if someone doesn't have an account they cant login/see any info or anything about the cards. Great Way To Organize Employees Loyalty Programs

I like how easy it was to set up my loyalty program, as well as manage all of our rewards cards for employees! There are some glitches with the site but they seem to be working hard at fixing them every day. It's still not perfect by any means - there could definitely use more options available when setting up your reward programs (we only have 2 right now). But overall we're happy so far!
