I love that it is so easy to get my oatmeal when needed with this app! I like that it's gluten-free, which is great for those with celiac disease or other food allergies who need to avoid wheat products! It has helped me lose weight without feeling deprived. There are no artificial flavors in this product so if you're sensitive to them then be careful when using oatmeal because there will likely not be any flavor at all unless you add something yourself (like cinnamon).
