Buy two! Ideal for developing fine motor skills.

This toy was recommended by my son's physical therapist to help him learn to grasp and hold objects. It's so easy for a younger child to grab and the rattle makes a softer sound which I appreciate as I've noticed other rattles are more likely to startle my son. I wouldn't recommend it as a teething toy, there just isn't a spot where the ball ends for baby to really swallow / the material doesn't hold teeth, so I'd definitely recommend it for kids who are learning the most fine motor skills have

Impractical because not suitable for chewing, only lasts temporarily.

This toy is easy to clean and comfortable for the child to hold. However my 7 month old daughter still can't put it in her mouth to chew whatever she wants as she is teething. Of course (like most babies) she wants to put something in her mouth from the age of two months. So she will shake/move it a bit and chew it and then get angry that it doesn't fit her mouth well and frantically throw it away. This amuses them for about 6 seconds, which is pretty bad. I don't think I would give it as a…

No, it's not good. It makes almost no noise at all. She has 3-5 different rattles and this is by far the worst. Not very interesting for a child. Ideal for parents who do not want to hear rattles. Keep. Yes, finally something good to say! It is very easy for them to put their fingers through the…

Oballs <3 - Rattles & Plush Rings

First of all, Oballs are my favorite toy for toddlers (2-6 months old). My daughter was able to grab them before any other toy. She picked and tried to poke her Oball shaker before she was 9 weeks old and I saw her actively interacting with the toy for the first time. There is something about the plastic mesh that makes them very comfortable for even the smallest of hands. My biggest dislike of Oballs is that they are a hassle to clean. It never seems like rubbing can cover all the corners of a
