Arrived earlier than expected. That alone was impressive. I ordered blue. The main compartment and the individually wrapped duvet are very nice. The material is similar to foil/plastic(?). I haven't been able to test durability and heat retention yet. Bought to watch daughter's soccer games. At the moment it deserves 5 stars.

I ALWAYS have one in my bag. used between my hammock and blanket on cooler nights and as a pad when I can't hang my hammock up. They take up more space than traditional electronic blankets. I keep mine fully crumpled at the bottom of my hammock compression bag and it never lets up when the need arises...even when used on rough terrain. Have one in your winter backpacks and also for skiing. Light. Doesn't take up space. Its worth it.

I was so excited when I saw that Oceans had mylar rescue blankets. I have two other non-emergency blankets from them and they are fantastic. I use them at my son's soccer games/training sessions. So when I saw the rescue blankets I knew I had to buy a set for my car. The duvets come in a SMALL, very modern case. Super smooth. The perfect thing to just put in the glove box. I can't wait to see what other products Oceans comes out with.
