The chair is uncomfortable. Do not offer lumbar support for the lower back. The large silver plastic piece on the back doesn't bother at all. I'm 5'8" and the seat is too long. The front of the chair rests on the back of my legs cutting off circulation.

The piece of metal under the seat that basically holds the whole chair together just snapped in half. It seems impossible, but it happened after only 2-3 months of owning the chair. To be honest, I almost fell on the floor. Spend more money on a better chair!

The workmanship is a good reason I was expecting to order this office chair, unfortunately it was damaged/missing parts, the parts I received seem used and to be incomplete packaging. Disappointed why they don't tick boxes before submitting, very bad!

Unfortunately this chair didn't fit me. I work from home and spend more than 45 hours a week in it. The mesh seat wasn't supportive enough and after about a month I noticed that my posture was awful and by the end of the day my upper back hurt. I switched to a hard seat chair and my back improved immediately. The product itself is well built and high quality, I just think the mesh seat should be more supportive.

I bought this about 15 months ago and not from Revain. I use it almost every day in my home office. After about 9 months I noticed that the rear part is leaning backwards and the screws need to be tightened. Now it happens about every month. Each time it becomes more difficult to tighten them. Keep your keys handy! It's fine for occasional use, but if you need it all day every day I suggest looking elsewhere. (And I got it for about $40 less than the current price here.)
