I'm so glad I bought this line.

I like this line. I'm a beginner and don't quilt, but I need this ruler to help me with straight lines and measurements. It met my expectations and more. It's so clear and easy to measure. Cutting fabric is no longer a chore. It really doesn't slip for me and I love how clear it is. I checked out the ones with yellow writing at my local store but I found the yellow very distracting and actually harder to see so I bought these instead. I wish I had bought a longer version but my storage…

Pros
  • The matte acrylic surface makes it easy to read numbers printed in black on light or dark materials.
Cons
  • Useless functions.

The best Japanese product!

I bought two sizes of Olfa brand rulers. They are excellent for quilting small and large quilted fabrics. Yes, they are very expensive, but you get your money's worth. As far as I know, all of Olfa's quilting accessories are made in Japan. All of the quilting supplies I've bought are from Olfa, such as: B. the cutting mat, quilt squares in various sizes, 12" and 24" rulers, disc cutters and blades, and scissors. The Japanese company takes its business seriously and I knew that because I lived…

I always had to mark points before drawing a line and now I can measure and draw/cut in one step. This comes highly recommended for quilters, but I would also recommend it for sketching and model making! Anything where you need to cut or draw parallel straight lines. Take the one that has corner marks like this. You might not think of using it now, but it might be in the…

It's a good line for all the reasons it's supposed to be good.

I use this ruler to measure fabrics. The matte clear plastic actually makes the numbers easier to read but doesn't obstruct seeing what's underneath, so it's pretty easy and smart. All the grid lines on it are great for measuring weird curves and it can be used as a T-square and makes sketching easier. It's also heavy enough to press onto objects to flatten them and the edge is thick enough to use a rotary cutter. Doesn't seem cheap, it's a high quality Lexan. The numbers don't look like they…
