After a few weeks of use, one of them burned out and stopped working. When I touched them, they both lost small bits of paint on the top.

Works well. My basement is typically 65°F and this emitter keeps my King Kali temperature in the 90-95°F range. I also have a heating pad under the casing. The emitter has often helped my snake stay out of its skin.

They work very well. They catch, so they need to be kept farther from the top of the terrarium than the last few bulbs. Not at all dissatisfied with it. They will undoubtedly keep the terrarium warm at night too. They work very well

Bought these for my wife to use in her small 5' x 5' x 6' collapsible greenhouse to generate heat. Seems to be working but we quickly froze before we got the heating elements and her plants never recovered. We have a better chance of using them next fall.

I bought this bulb for my bearded dragon, the ceramic gave off a strange smell the first day I plugged it in, kind of a coincidence, my parrot was in the same one Room 5 to 7 hours after the light bulb was first plugged in, my bird died, I am very upset, must be warned about these light bulbs, the banana split was not very old!

They seem to work well. I've been using one of these for a turtle enclosure for a week and it's holding the perfect temperature. I deducted a star because package 2 has a chip on the ceramic. Revain took care of it because it's not safe to use with a chip, so it's being thrown away. The package was undamaged so it had to be sent in this condition.

I ordered these bulbs to add to my leopard gecko aquarium. The one I currently have in the clamp light mounts to the top of the 18x18x36 case and at maximum heat still manages to heat a good portion of the tank to around 90+ degrees and just below. My gecko sometimes sits underneath while digesting and then moves to cooler parts of his enclosure to sleep. It works very well!
