This is a good juicer although not that easy to assemble/disassemble. But I could live with all of that. What I can't live with is the manufacturer's customer service. It does not exist. Numerous calls and emails with NO RESPONSE. Truly unbelievable. Fortunately, the device makes a high-quality impression and comes with a good warranty. Let's hope, because if something goes wrong, you're on your own.

Bought this juicer on the recommendation of Anthony William. I used a Hurom juicer. The mm900 celery juice is very bland and the green seal in the adjuster cap keeps popping out and ending up in the trash. The yellow seal at the end of the juice strainer broke after a few months. I've been trying to contact Omega support for over a month. Zero customer service. The 25 year warranty is a joke. I tried to buy another screen but it was out of stock. Anthony has lost all faith in me.
