🔄 Purotwist Omnipure Membrane Cartridge Replacement Review

There were problems with the water quality at first, but after washing it got better. One filter had a bad seal. Omnipure sent replacement o-rings for repair

We have a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter. Our unfiltered tap water shows 267 on the meter. In the past a set of cartridges we bought (not sure if here or elsewhere) reduced the TDS to around 12 - REALLY good. This kit I recently bought only lowers it to 70. Yes I gave it time, ran a few tanks of water etc. This filter kit suspecting the reverse osmosis part is simply poor quality or defective. I will not buy from this seller again.

The membrane filter in this kit is known to have a defective check valve. After installing all four cartridges in the correct order, the membrane filter drained almost all of the water into the sewer, preventing the tank from filling up. I contacted EPS who make the other three filters and the reverse osmosis system and they told me there is a known issue with the check valve in the Good membrane cartridge.
