Excellent customer service, good platform

I love that it is integrated into my email so there's no need for me or other employees of our organization to have separate software in order to be able to reply back directly from an incoming message without having to open up another program first! It would really help if we had some sort of calendar integration like outlook does but i think this can still work just fine as well since all emails are sent out via Outlook anyways (which has its own problems).
