Easy to use for both staff and guests alike! The ability to have multiple people working in different areas of the building makes it very easy to keep track of everyone's progress throughout the day. I like that you can also add notes/comments regarding each guest as well. There are some features such as adding photos which could be improved upon (e.g., photo uploads). The best feature of this application it's that you can create different groups for each department in order to have notifications with specific messages about those departments only (for example an email notification when someone from accounting comes into my area). I would like there was some way we could see what time people checked out so as not be surprised they are leaving early!
