Easy and convenient process for writing professional documents

I like how it's very easy to customize my proposal with different templates/backgrounds etc. The layout of each page can be quite simple or complex depending on what you're looking at so there isn't always consistency in terms of visual appeal (eg - some pages look great but others could use improvement). It would also help if quotegine offered multiple versions of their pricing plans because they only offer one way to pay which requires your clients to know about this beforehand. Also…

Great for collaboration and document management

I like the ability to link my LinkedIn profile with the proposal so it's easy to see when people comment on something they're connected to! It would be great if there was more room in the email notifications (I have to click each message individually). The fact that everyone can edit their own copy makes things really fluid since different members of our group work off of varying versions or language needs at any given time.
