Cool idea but bad design. I hope all people who watched this understand that it kind of leaks from below because the upper reservoir is smaller than the lower one. If they didn't know this, they would likely suffer a lot of water damage. Two ways to get around this: 1) Don't fill the bottom tank to the max. 2) Empty the upper tank into a jug while filtering. My husband and I LOVE our Rkin reverse osmosis machine! Very impressive. Ready to use, which is a big plus! And most importantly, it works great! I've been using it every day for a few weeks.
