The ability of having my entire staffing needs available at one place with no searching or calling around is amazing! I love that it's mobile ready so there isn't any need whatsoever from using multiple devices when looking up employees/managers etc., It can be slow initially but eventually speeds right back into business as usual once fully trained upon its use; we're still experiencing some issues such getting alerts out quickly if an issue arises however they are working hard towards sorting

The customer service is fantastic! I have never had an issue calling or emailing them - they are super attentive about making sure that we get what we need at lightning speed (even when it's not 8 AM :). They also offer free training if needed; however even with their "in house" team of trainers/consultants this can be costly depending upon where you live / how much experience someone has.
