The customer service is fantastic! I have never had an issue calling or emailing them - they are super attentive about making sure that we get what we need at lightning speed (even when it's not 8 AM :). They also offer free training if needed; however even with their "in house" team of trainers/consultants this can be costly depending upon where you live / how much experience someone has. It took me weeks before my first hire was approved because there were so many other candidates ahead of her who weren't as qualified but still wanted the job more than she did. This really impacted our ability to move quickly which led us down some unfortunate paths later. We're trying out new systems right now since one went bad last year due to poor tech support from another vendor. A lot less issues overall just using OSS vs old system and having better visibility.
