It's so easy to use, I'm able to navigate it with ease. The user interface is very intuitive and the system has an excellent search feature. When searching for a diagnosis, there are no options to narrow down your search. This can be frustrating when you're trying to find the specific disease you're looking for. The best part about this software is that it offers all of our needs, from billing to scheduling appointments with ease! We are able fix problems as they arise rather than waiting until we have an issue in order get help fixing them which can take weeks or months sometimes depending upon what department you go through first (i know its not always fair but thats life). I like that it is easy to use as well as customize, you can make changes without having any developer or IT person right there with us in case of problems. It's not very user friendly at times but this could be improved by adding more features such as data analysis tools which are available other systems out therse than ours (such as Epic).
