We use Opeready to monitor our compliance with policies, procedures and regulations at work. It helped us create an awareness of what we are doing right, and where we can improve. I like that it is easy to use for field technicians, so they can easily access their tasks without having too much hassle with computers being down or out of battery power when in remote areas. The fact you have multiple windows open at once while working makes things easier than if only one window was opened up (which would be more manageable). I really like that it has an easy to use interface, and is very customizable for different departments within my organization. The price point of this product is also great! As far as any cons go, there are none at all in regards to Opeready. There maybe some minor glitches here or there but nothing serious enough to be mentioned.
