Fornone's customer service was prompt and amazing. But the product itself wasn't. We received a defective item and a defective second replacement item. I had to return both for a full refund. Unfortunately. The 1st received no calls and the 2nd item had intermittent contacts to hang up. Shame as it was a very nice rotary phone that worked on a digital line. Maybe it was the red phone we bought.

We didn't have any feedback issues that I read about in some other reviews. This phone is heavy, it has a handle on the back so you can take the phone with you as far as I remember. It's a rotary phone, but just for looks: when you turn the dial, it actually dials a number with a beep, so you can use it for automated menus. I bought this phone to reduce my exposure to EMF. I set my phone to forward calls to my home number and leave my phone on airplane mode while I'm at home. This phone looks great and sounds great. If you're calling from this phone and not your mobile phone, you have to make a small adjustment. With this phone, you really need the stylus firmly in your ear, almost indented, to hear well.
