Customizeable & powerful tool: OptaPlanner

The user interface of OptaPlanner is very easy to use. It's also very flexible and customizable.The software can be used for both project management and scheduling.Optaplanner allows you to easily create complex models that are extremely detailed.It has a lot of features but it is not difficult to learn how to use them.   • Very Flexible User Input System (for example inputting data about employees)
  • Great support from customer service team if there were any difficulties or questions during implementation process; they really help out all users trying optap planners system at once

Easy to learn and efficient, though lacking room from more complex features

The user interface has many customization options that are easy enough for even new users with no programming experience or math background at all! It's not as robust in terms of calculations/features compared against other software like Excel but it works well nonetheless (it can be used without any modification).
