I needed a "more permanent" backup solution for my important files and it works great. I bought another brand with only 10 discs per pack that cost more than that 50 pack and 2 of them broke. I've used 15 of these spindles so far with a perfect puncture every time!

I have been burning Blu-ray discs for a long time and have made many purchases in my history, but I have never seen such a poor quality batch. So far I've failed 4 out of 7 attempts and halfway through the process there have been reports that the hard drive has unwritable sectors. I would not recommend this product to any buyer.

No luck with ImgBurn, I have a couple of cup holders. Then I switched to Nero Burning Rom 2020 and that helped. 3 discs recorded so far, no problems. I decided to try the cheaper 50GB Blu-ray discs instead of the more expensive Verbatim discs. I tried RiData first, which was successful most of the time, but my MacBook Pro seemed to fail about 30% of the time. Quantum optical drives were slightly more expensive than RiData, so I figured they had faster write speeds. After 10 attempts, however, I have a successful burn! Absolute waste of money!
