Reviewing for businesses using Optim feedback solutions

The team is very knowledgeable in their field - I highly recommend them! They are always willing to go above & beyond what you would expect at this level of business (and price range). There's nothing that stands out as anything we dislike during our time working with optmiumfeedback so far; all good things about my experience have been positive thusfar :) Looking forward to continuing work together here @OptimFeedbacksolutions Inc.. Pros
  • Great customer service
  • They offer several ways for me including email, telephone calls or face2face sessions.
  • The reports seem clear cut/easy when it comes downto tracking progress through data etc
Cons
  • It wasn't quite intuitive initially how everything worked..but once i figuredout there isn' t much else really

Great product for all stages and requirements

The interface is very easy to use in terms of creating new forms or surveys which I find particularly useful as it's not always possible (or even practical) at this stage when you're working with clients). There are some features that could be improved such as how well certain survey types work together - eg if i'm using an open ended question then don't add another multiple choice option so there isn’t too much clutter! Overall great platform but still improving their usability by adding more…
