I like ON products and bought this without going into detail. This is a decent fish oil with 1000mg of "Fish Oil" but only 300mg of "EPA and DHA". It's a really low dose if you ask me. I don't eat seafood so I wanted to try and supplement some of the benefits of fish without having to eat something I don't like. I chose the ON brand as I consider it to be one of the best nutritional supplement brands. Now I won't lie. These fish oil pills are huge. Without water, they are a bit difficult to swallow. I have bought these caps several times but switched to them after some thorough research. If you look closely, you're buying a brand name and then a little more. Yes, they have no taste/aftertaste/odor, aren't as big as others, don't melt, and are easy to eat. So they basically cover the minor. Why are you taking fish oil?
