💨 Optimus F-7071: The Ultimate 8-Inch Turbo High-Performance 3-Speed Air Circulator Review

Our old fan has expired so I ordered this as a replacement. We mainly use it as white noise for sleeping and it works well for our purposes. We needed one that made a good sound, and it does, but not too loud. It also creates a decent airflow (complementing our air conditioning) to keep us cool on hot and muggy southern nights. I gave four stars because it's a little cheaply made but for the price it's what we expected.

I love and hate this fan. I love it because it produces white noise that is comparable to other white noise devices I have in the room and creates a surround sound effect. I hate it because it makes the most annoying squeak that only gets worse as you increase the fan speed. If another car with white noise didn't drown out the squeak I would return it. Pros: Fairly durable, withstands several months of almost continuous use for two years. At high speed, the current is strong enough to make a room appear spacious, even from 4 feet away. Cons: a bit noisy, would be nice if it could be bent down as well. Compared to other fans, it has a limited range of motion. I put it on the window to increase airflow in the room and it stops working temporarily after running it for more than a few hours. However, it works again when turned on an hour or two…
