I like this toothbrush because it gets my kids to brush their teeth more thoroughly. However, the 30 second beep is too quiet and sometimes my kids can't hear it. Also, do NOT overpay for the character's toothbrushes. Yes, the toothbrush head has a mark (and you have to pay more to replace it with a mark head), but the only other difference is the sticker you put on the pen or toothbrush. Just buy a plain one and attach some stickers!

I've been happy with Oral B toothbrushes for many years, I bought them for the whole family. But I'm sad that this one stopped working just a month after purchasing it. It turns on for a few seconds and immediately turns off. I left it in the charging station for a few days so I don't think it's a battery issue. I missed the return window due to Covid and now need to buy another one.

Switched from the Sonicare for kids because after 5 years he finally died and thought to try something cheaper. You get what you pay for here. Kids think they're cool, but in less than a month both toothbrushes have turned into a moldy mess and one of them isn't holding a charge. I also agree with other reviewers who complain that the timer isn't loud enough and there's no charge indicator to let you know if it's properly connected to the charger and/or charging. We return to Sonicare.
