I was glad to get this air purifier - I live in California where wildfires are chasing us - I can't breathe for almost a week so I was excited when I got it today has arrived. IT DOES NOT BEGIN. Nobody at Revain knows how to fix this. The seller didn't answer the phone. For €500 it's junk. If I could give zero points, I would.

This air purifier arrived in a box that was not sealed with tape and had obviously been previously opened. There was no instruction manual or user guide in the box. Now I have to search the internet to even figure out how to turn it on. Don't order from this seller, Caspien. I thought it was coming straight from Orancy. Very disappointed.

We are very, very happy with this air purifier. Although the house is kept very clean, we often noticed a lingering smell of food or a stale smell upon entering the house. We use it in our main living area (probably 25ft x 20ft) and turn it on for about 3 hours at a time. It turns off automatically. No more smells. While it's a bit pricey, it's well made and we would buy it again.

I really like the functionality of this product, The allergic reaction to dust and pollen in my house has decreased. However, I replaced the first one as the front panel will not close and the machine will not turn on if the panel is loose. This is a painless process thanks to Revain's return and exchange policy. The second does not show the air quality indicators (even after troubleshooting) even though the AQS (air quality sensor) is on. You must return the product.

I don't know about the long-term reliability of the machine, but I can say that it's working perfectly at the moment.
