Tool is great for efficiency purposes as well seamlessly connects services together

I love how easy it was set up! The customer service has been fantastic too - they are very responsive and always willing/able to help with any questions you may have about their product or implementation of our system into your business flow. There isn't anything that we dislike at this time but if there were then it would be minor things like maybe more options in settings (can only choose between 'daily' vs every day) when setting reminders? We've had no issues so far and really can not think

  • Easy setup, simple UI; lots o preconfigured configurations ready for use right outta box without needlessly creating customizations as needed.Easy scheduling rules creation..No monthly fees ever required either.
  • Very flexible configuration allowing nearly limitlessness regarding what actions will take place after an auto email is sent
