I bought their $60 set which came with pink wax and it was fantastic. The best investment in leg waxing and not overpaying at the salon. I bought this honey wax as a refill and it's awful. Doesn't really heat up and is too thick and lumpy so it was starting to hurt me. I decided when in doubt and initially gave it 4 stars blaming only a "bad hair removal day" but after trying the 3rd cartridge. I have to shoot down the stars and recommend PINK WAX.

This was the worst wax I have used in my entire life. It's sticky like wax should be, but doesn't remove hair at all. You have to go over the same spot several times, which every waxer knows can't be done with soft wax. I'm sitting here with red, irritated and badly peeled armpits and I'm very disappointed. I heated them in the microwave, no problem, I did 20 seconds in 20 seconds until I got good liquidity, it took me probably 3 minutes to get this. But since I didn't store in a hot place during my waxing session, I had to heat it quite often. Very liquid, even before warming up. For the last twenty years I have cut old cotton cloths and used them to remove wax. Cotton is much gentler on the skin than the paper strips you typically buy to remove wax. With just a piece of cotton I can usually remove the wax from the whole leg, the more wax that accumulates on the cotton, the gentler and more effective the hair removal will be.
