love this game; AWESOME customer service

One of my all time favorite games, I'm always amazed that more people aren't playing it. Our favorite set is over 10 years old and still works great (except the original Rummikub box that we keep our tiles and trays in has become worn and frayed over time. This set was a gift for my grandma and the big tiles ). and very visible even without glasses. I know this set will last a long time. I also know this is backed by excellent customer service as we previously lost a tile and all it took was an

Retro Rummikub Set for Games and Accessories

I grew up playing this game with my family and when I saw this set I definitely bought it - it brought back all the nostalgia for the brand new box. The set I inherited was missing tiles and the paint was peeling off the numbers so the timing for a new set was perfect. This is a complete retro set with images from the 1980's on the front of the box but brand new. My whole family including my 11 year old enjoys playing this game - it's easy to learn and fun. The set contains holders for plastic…

Great game great version

Rummikub is a timeless classic for a reason: It's accessible and very easy to learn, requires luck but doesn't depend too much on it, and rewards players for effort and strategy . This retro version is fun for its retro value and I, at 52, appreciate the vintage 70's art design on the box. But there's more than just nostalgia that makes this set great. The tiles are large and durable and very legible. The plastic shelves are also strong and surprisingly functional, holding the tiles securely in

A real classic, fun, easy, great quality!

This game is a classic! Growing up in the 80's and 90's, I played the original version of Rummikub at my grandma's house literally every day during the summer. The concept of the game is simple and easy to learn (create sequences and the faces of the jokers can be something like a joker). I'm not sure what happened to our family's original old set, so I'm really glad we have a new version for our play closet. The real tiles look a little different but they feel the same as the old ones I…

Nice retro design

I grew up playing Rummikub at my school's board game club. Of course, it's not a board game per se, but who's counting? I remember buying my own copy of Rummikub when I was 13 years old at the grocery store. Can you even buy such games in the supermarket? Who knows. But the box mine came in looked like a flashy and soulless design from the early 2000s. On the other hand, this model dates back to when the Rummikub became popular in the 60's or 70's I think. No more hiding your ugly Rummikub box…
