I bought this set of spoons because it was advertised as hard. the weight of the product that needs to be moved from the bottom of the pan while stirring. It took me a full 2 minutes to see them flex under pressure and what's worse the ends are less than arm's length stable. This means the end of the spatula will bend, making the tool even less useful.
