The brush works fine, but

The brush works great but it is important to control the speed. A lower speed will help the brush last longer. Made the mistake of using too much speed and wearing out too quickly. Cleaning the railing of locusts in a shack that had stood for two years and was unfinished.

Pros
  • everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

Sanding log houses better product no.

This is my second sanding of log houses. These 4" and 6" Osborn cup brushes are second to none. Take the old stain, paint immediately. Leaves a very smooth finish. Cup brushes last quite a long time, just don't exceed 2000 rpm. Have tried others and they don't come close to the ease and finish offered by the Osborn Cup Brush.

Pros
  • So far satisfied
Cons
  • Will write later

Osborn Abrasive Brush does a great job

The Osborn grinding brush is suitable for working on hard-to-reach areas and follows the contour of the ground surface. It is used on a rotating polishing tool. I used this brush to sand the entire deck including all the spindles. It removes lint well that rises after a high-pressure wash. A lot of work, but it's going well.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
