I like how easy it is to organize our social media, keep track of all services we are offering as a business through this platform. It makes scheduling client visits so much easier! Love the interface too - no other platforms have such an intuitive design! I love how easy it was to navigate through their site, they have so many options! Their customer service has been amazing as always with any of my questions or concerns during this pandemic times!! The only thing i dislike about them would be if there were more features added in regards too senior living centers/communities like assisted care facilities (ACFs). They are great though when we need help getting connected into our ACF's programs which makes us feel better knowing someone else will

I like how easy it was to create my profile, set up an appointment with one of our senior community members or have them contact me via text message once they arrive! It's so helpful when we don't know what time someone will be arriving as this makes scheduling appointments easier than having people call us in advance (which can take forever). The system was easy to navigate, very user friendly! It's so much easier than having multiple emails sent out with different information; it allows all of our staff members access through one email address which saves time as they can just log in online when needed instead going back over their personal inboxes searching specifically looking up what we need again (if applicable).
