Avoid the Cheap Oscilloscope at All Costs!

My expectations for the quality of Oscium's industrial and scientific offerings were raised as I perused their website. Unfortunately, the oscilloscope I was sent was about as helpful as a faulty compass. Measurements were as inaccurate as a clock with no hands due to improper electrical testing. I felt like I had been duped into buying a fake from a sketchy street vendor. Oscium's advertising and products are not to be trusted.

Oscium's bad customer service

My interactions with Oscium were hardly positive. Finding the things I wanted was tough because the web store was cluttered and challenging to browse. I felt underappreciated as a customer and frustrated by the poor response time and useless customer support. To make matters worse, the industrial and scientific equipment I received lacked quality, contained incorrect electrical testing, and had wrong readings. Overall, I was unimpressed with Oscium, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking
