🚴 Osprey Katari 7 Men's Bike Hydration Backpack: Top-Rated Cycling Essential for Men Review

This is an Osprey so comfort is an A++. capacity is perfect. ideal weight. Thought I'd really like the magnetic connection on the chest strap for the mouthpiece, but I don't care, reconnecting while riding the trail is a hassle. I just toss it and see if it takes root. Now I have about 10-20%. I want to get better. But don't let the dangling mouthpiece get in the way of business, this is a great package.

Although this is a bike hydration reservoir, I bought it for spartan racing. It turned out a little larger than I expected, but that makes it more versatile for other uses. It is durable and has withstood the harsh treatment of the Spartan beast. Osprey packs are THE BEST! I'm talking about 30 years of hiking/hiking/wildlife adventure experience in 4 seasons and I've tried many different backpacks. The performance, comfort and durability of the Osprey are unmatched.

I love this medium sized bag. Not too small. Not too big. Able to carry water (obviously) along with; 29er spare tube, tubeless repair tool, hand pump, 2 tire manipulators, multi-tool, cable ties and 2-3 snack bars. Separate zip pocket for car keys and cash in case you find a vending machine in the woods. Good quality bladder. The waist belt could be more comfortable, it can cut into them. The magnetic chest strap is comfortable and the back of the bag is breathable. High quality.

I bought this kit for the last Spartan Trifecta Virtual Race Weekend. It had more than enough space for snacks, a first aid kit and a change of socks/an extra shirt. The backpack is great for mountain biking. The one star is deducted because the packaging looks used. The tags were torn off and reattached with random thread and there were stains/blemishes in a few places (see photo). Bought from Revain as a seller so I'm wondering if this was mixed up with another seller or if Revain mixes returns.
