🏻 Oster 76932-710 Professional Wall Mount Hair Dryer Review

This is the third time I have ordered and reordered this dryer and now I'm just fed up with Oster. Your dryer is rated to last about 1 1/2 years or less. It's a Piece of junk. Don't order this dryer and save yourself the time and frustration of installing and reinstalling on the wall. Also, it will be discontinued and replaced, probably due to this issue who knows but I don't know. I don't care , I'm going to another, more reliable brand.

I buy these all the time because it is convenient to have a hair dryer mounted on the wall. You can easily pull it out and store it away, and there is no cord to roll it up and store it in a drawer or closet. It dries well. These are not long-term purchases. I keep buying the same brand/style because I don't have to drill new holes to install a different wall mount. With daily use, they will last a year or two, but no longer. Against my sanity this is the third fan I have bought and both previous ones have failed due to the same problem, the internal fan is cheap molded plastic and the individual fan blades are cracking the connection point to the spindle and cause a loud clicking, which makes it dangerous to use. I expected more from Oster, especially since the device is more expensive than wall dryers from competing brands.

This Oster hair dryer comes in the original packaging only. The top of the box was only sealed with a small circular piece of tape that we often see on these store-bought boxes. I have been using this Sunbeam/Oster hair dryer for about 12 years. The dryer comes with instructions for mounting the bracket to the drywall using screws and anchors (supplied), but instead I mounted the bracket to a wooden cabinet. I will accompany you.
