what rubbish DO NOT NEED TO Spend money

I used it twice. Both times were within a month. First time without question. The second time, the thing leaked everywhere. I used expensive BMW differential oil for the second time and the oil leaked out through the seals on the back of the tool. To clean after the first use, I simply drained the fluid (including differential fluid) and left the seal grease in the tool untouched. what rubbish Don't waste your money. I usually go to OTC for specialty tools. Unfortunately, their quality seems to

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

It's a pretty good tool

It's a pretty good tool, well made but quite saturated with machining oil and grease (on the piston). Once you've "decontaminated" it with a degreaser, you're done. I lubricated the rubber piston seal with silicone grease. It worked great for transferring (draining and filling) ATF into my sealed Lexus transmission. In response to all the other "pull/push so hard" reviews, give me a break. It's tricky (as hard as it should be to push/pull that much liquid through a small hole with a 2-3"…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some problems

Works as advertised

I bought this to use for oil changes in differentials and manual transmissions. Anyone who's ever done this knows that topping up a transfer case or MT is crap, especially with those cheap pumps you buy at the Autozone that look like they just came out of a lotion bottle. I thought it would be cleaner, less messy, and easier to use. To be honest it was just as difficult. The gun only holds 16 ounces of fluid, so it takes two full pulls to drain a quart of oil. Because of the air in the hose…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are new competitors

Sturdy, great product, save money with it.

I bought this primarily because my dealer wanted to charge me $169 for a power steering fluid flush. I did my own research and found it just needed suction and new fluid. I used this the other day and it does a great job. I drained the power steering oil, refilled with fresh, turned the steering wheel back and forth to spin, drained the oil again and refilled with fresh. Did this about 3-4 times before it cleared up and saved a lot of money and now I'm looking after 2 other cars which took…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
