OTC's 6100 is a 12 piece set of 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" square drive standard Torx bit sockets. These sockets are designed for use with standard Torx fasteners but are also compatible with Torx PLUS fasteners. Made with two piece construction S2 grade steel, one of the highest quality tool grade steels used in production, these bit sockets are designed for endurance. A natural finish ensures that these sockets wonโ€™t crack or peel like many chrome plated versions can. Includes: T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T40, T45, T47, T50, T55, and T60 sized bit sockets.

They are solid with no hole and work well.

You have done your job. I had a set of torx sockets with a safety hole in the middle that kept breaking, they are one piece with no hole and work fine.

Pay a little more, you won't be disappointed!

Don't buy cheap ones. This money is worth it. The tool steel they use is much harder than any I have purchased. Great price and fast delivery, I will definitely buy from them again.

Very durable Torx socket set

I wore my last set. Several ends are torn off, torn! It appears to be a much higher quality torx set and I look forward to using them. It's nice that they come in a serviceable carrier and have a good Parkerized finish. OTC is a trusted brand and I have been happy with all of their tools so far! These should be the last heavy torx tools I need.

Perfect for working with my BMW

I have a 2004 BMW X3 and just need an overhaul like most cars over 100,000 miles. BMW makes extensive use of the TORX fastener and it has worked great on my renovation projects. Over Labor Day weekend I worked 17 hours on the machine and used at least 5 of these outlets. One of the V-ribbed belts used in the replacement was exposed to high torque and delayed the find. The holder/package is really good as it keeps everything compactly organized. Highly recommended.

Great torx set: Star Drive

I think this will be the last torx set I'll need for a long time. This set is beautifully made. The included stand is useful. My previous torx sets were worn out or the bit was coming off the body. That's one thing. I used them today and they wear just as well. They really fit in your head. Accurate fit is very important as a worn bit can instantly round a torx head. Sometimes you can damage a screw and not even realize it until you try to remove it later and the bit slips off. As far as I canโ€ฆ
