The case fits the S21 well and will likely protect it well from falls, but the case doesn't really have any grippy surfaces, making it slippery and difficult to hold. . I would buy the protective case I liked on my S20 but it's out of stock. I would not recommend this case to anyone as it is very difficult to hold and use the phone in it.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy S21 from Otterbox's Commuter range for about a month now and have felt my phone has been very secure the whole time. I have not used the case with my latest phone (Galaxy S9+) but I wanted to use it with this new phone without sacrificing the lightness or thinness of the phone. The Otterbox Commuter case does a great job of protecting my phone and giving me peace of mind without feeling like I have a bulky case on my phone.

This is my third consecutive OtterBox for Samsung Galaxy phones in many years. As in the past, this one protects my phone perfectly. However, unlike before, the plastic it is made of is completely smooth. This makes it incredibly slippery in your hand! There's just nothing to grab.
