I like the structure of this case, it's comfortable to hold. I don't like that the charging port has a tab to protect it, but you need both hands to insert the cable because the tab is very tough.

For $40 I expected more. Broke right after a month, was told it would cost $7 to send the product in for inspection if it was under warranty. I don't even know how it broke, I've dropped it off the couch a few times but nothing extreme.

I hate dropping my phone on the worst surfaces so a durable and protective phone case has always been a necessary investment. OtterBox has been a favorite in the past and this particular case is well worth the price again, I would recommend it to anyone!

I bought an iPhone 12 mini and I just don't trust the new clear or silicone cases. I've dropped my phone on occasion and the Commuter case has never let me down. But the colors are terrible. Not even a decent red! As soon as I find a decent, attractive protective case, I will switch.

I love this bag. I buy a new one for every new phone I buy (my parents included). I have yet to smash my phone and drop mine frequently. My only request is to make Commuter available in more colors. It would be helpful if there were more bright colors. It's hard to find a lost phone in a black or dark colored case!

The case is generally fine, but I have some problems with it. The cover on the bottom to protect the port is nice, but it also puts a lot of pressure on my charging cable so I can hear my phone buzzing all night while it's charging and not charging. The case itself feels very well constructed, attaches easily, but is still quite smooth and glides on smooth surfaces.

I'm not squeamish about my phones and the screen has never been cracked. Just a student who stays indoors most of the time so my phone is rarely exposed to harsh environments. However, I've been using this case for less than a year and it's already torn on the bottom two corners, you can even see in my photo that a piece of plastic is missing. I am currently working on submitting a refund or replacement request to the company and will update my review if all goes well. But for the price this is
