I love the case, nice screen protector, bright and pink! I'm sad that the pink gum on my jeans is stained which is typical of Otterbox and I've only had them a few days. It cleans with alcohol so I think I'll do it.

I've had it for a month, the first one was broken I had to send it back… ever since I got my new iPhone I've had trouble hearing people I thought it was had a phone , so I got a replacement from my carrier... long time lol it was an otter sprinkling my phone speaker. I'm sending it back and ordering something else

I love Otterboxes and think they're great for protecting my phone. The only thing I don't like about the lighter color is that it gets dirty quicker...use a darker color. I keep it in the back pocket of my jeans all the time, and the color from the jeans seems to transfer slightly to the case, but only to the softer part of the case. Other than that, this is a great product.

I have the pink one and have had it on my new iPhone for about 2-3 weeks. I also received a screen protector and I'm glad I did. The inner rubber layer is already losing its shape and peeling off. I dropped it just 1 foot on the hard floor of a work truck and the corner of my phone popped out of the stretched rubber corner and shattered the screen protector. If I didn't have it, my new phone would be broken. I'd rather pay the extra money for a life-safe case.

I immediately put this case on my iPhone 12 and have always had good luck with Otterboxes. However, this case does not protect the phone at all. It fell to the ground a short distance I would say maybe 2ft - from my toddler's hand - and the whole back of my phone smashed - now there is a hairline crack on the front screen and a growth line crack around my camera hair. The case itself cracked in two different places and a piece has since fallen off. Garbage. save yourself

I love otters and have used them for years. I've also used Speck cases and buy them for my parents, but I'm very picky about my phones. I drop them all the time, they fall off the shelves, off the tables, out of my bag on the floor, I'm a clumsy. So I need a really tough case. The Otters are my pick because they have a soft rubber pad to withstand impact and act as a corner bumper, but the outer shell is hard plastic so you get the best of both worlds.
