The price is outrageously high for a product that only costs a few dollars and is made of flimsy plastic. I love the design but for the price it shouldn't be crooked or warped from the factory

The case fitted the phone but I couldn't unlock it in the case and had to return it. Bad design which I didn't expect from Otterbox. Apparently others had this problem too.

Otterbox commuter cases are a great way to protect your phone. This for the iPhone 12 mini looks great, offers great protection and has nice features like non-slip material on the back to keep it in place in the car.

That's what you expect from OtterBox. It's durable and fits well. The only weird thing is that the circle on the back doesn't match the Apple logo. However, this is a win-win as the hard outer layer covers this hole so this is not an issue.

so bought it first as I felt it would work with Magic Safe works. it is, but it is very annoying. Using it with MagSafe is definitely not recommended, but they do a good job of keeping the phone intact.

This brand has historically been the best in its price range to protect your phone in my opinion. That's why I chose this case when I bought a new phone. I had this case, maybe a month, and the corner broke off. My last case was of a different brand but lasted almost 3 YEARS.

I bought this case to hold my phone more securely in my hand. This case doesn't help at all. Unlike the Defender, this Otterbox uses hard plastic on the outside of the case, with just a small bit of grippy rubber protruding through the back and sides of the case. Therefore, if you put it on a hard surface, your phone will immediately slide off the surface. Useless; returned.

Good case but annoying inconveniences. I bought a Belkin Qi charger [Boost Charge Wireless Charging Pad 7.5W Special Edition] with my iPhone and found that the case is too thick for charging. I spent time on the internet and then on the phone trying to figure out how thick the case was to see if it was within 3mm. Nobody could tell me the case and case thickness and all they did was tell me to buy their chargers and estimate it was "about 2mm".
