Disappointing Display Control For Jump Starter

As a result of using this product i found that the digital display was confusing and difficult to navigate.The buttons were small and not intuitive, making it easy to accidentally change settings. On the plus side, the product was durable and well-made. However, the frustrating controls overshadowed any benefits. Overall, I would not recommend this digital display control for anyone looking for a straightforward and user-friendly experience..

Very poor customer service

This controller will not work on a boat as it will easily fall off the wall it is attached to. The attachment system is designed similar to a $2.50 kid's toy. The device itself is probably fine, it's the way it attaches to the wall that certainly fails on a boat or moving vehicle. Outback doesn't seem to want to admit that they have bad controller design. Shame on you. Outback is reluctant to admit a flaw in any of their products, which is clearly the case with the Mate mounting system. I was…
