The only complaint is that they aren't loud enough. I was kind of hoping for the deafening power of the heavy bass, but even with all the volume controls at maximum it's still just "nice" if that makes any sense. For the past 4 years I've had two sets of chips and every time they failed because the wiring got into the "main channel" they curled up and broken in the shield. To be honest I can NOT recommend this brand or their ICs anymore because of this problem. You are very cool. I like the in-ear button that lets you pause/play and switch songs. Even if the volume could be louder.
