Just what I needed in a specific spot on my covered outdoor porch. Simple, no-frills extension cord (preferably dark to reduce visibility). I've had many cheap extension cords over the years, many of which were VERY light, so light they didn't stay flat on the ground when the cord "pushed them up". Not so with this one. This is a good extension cord. It's supposed to be a surge protector, but there's no identifying information on the product so I wouldn't rely on it. It is not UL listed (nor any other certification). Don't use it for expensive and sensitive electronics that you really need surge protection for. Yes, it's heavy, has lots of sockets, has a switch and looks solid. BUT. Where is the built-in fuse? Does she exist? Why doesn't this extension cord have a guarantee stamp? I see it listed on the Revain site, but shouldn't the device itself have a silver UL label?
