Yes, it's heavy, has lots of sockets, has a switch and looks solid. BUT. Where is the built-in fuse? Does she exist? Why doesn't this extension cord have a guarantee stamp? I see it listed on the Revain site, but shouldn't the device itself have a silver UL label? I live in an old apartment with those old fashioned glass fuses in the wall and I really want to blow the fuses and/or burn something. I was planning on using this extension cord for my breakfast nook with waffle maker, toaster and coffee maker - thought this device could handle it all - but now I have serious reservations about using it on any of those devices at all. If I have access to a garage with powerful outlets, I can try to use it with impunity because I'll be there all the time it's plugged in and. a sign of a problem and I can nip it in the bud.
