I am a hairdresser and bought this mainly for my clients. It works fine, I had it for about 7-8 months before the plug mysteriously snapped and it wouldn't turn back on. I tried to get through this for at least a year before buying another dryer so I tied a hair tie around the base as that seemed to hold the plug enough to turn it on lol. I rode it until I couldn't take it anymore and had to buy another one. This is a good buy for the price considering other dryers are around the same price.

Had I written my review when I first received it (June 2018) I would have given it a 5 star rating. I liked everything about it. I've only been using this dryer for 9 months and the highest temperature no longer works. I used the dryer about 2-3 times a week. To say I am completely disappointed is an understatement! I returned the Rusk 2000 Watt Tourmaline because it was very heavy, this one is almost as heavy but its design makes it easy to hold while drying your hair. This is a strong flow of hot or warm air that will definitely speed up the drying time. Switches do not interfere during use. Also attached to the hair dryer is a hook for hanging.
