Only one of my cats uses it. The other is a bit clunky so we didn't try it. I had to put a cloth in it because my cat kept slipping and sliding and he loved it. He's in the living room with us in the van and is sleeping well.

Too thin for my cat. The bed/mug set in the frame is loose and moves slightly when the cat climbs in. Also, I don't have a big cat...she's only 7# and moves a lot. I imagine it would be a lot worse with a bigger cat.

It's so cute! Can't understand the assembly. It's small (about the size of a kitten) and not very strong. The bowl just sits in a metal ring, so it moves. My cat didn't trust him because he moved around a lot. My cat weighs 7 kilos. That wasn't enough for him

Great product except when ordering pink I got blue. I will put blue in the children's room and *hope* order pink. Otherwise, it perfectly sticks to the window, it's much smaller than other cat window sills. I have very small windows in my room so we needed a different approach. I like the size, strength. Other than the wrong color, I have no complaints. The kittens don't trust this yet, but will lay down a small fleece blanket to lure them in.

I love this product, it's so cute, the design and shape of the ball doesn't take up too much space! It's a very cute product and it really works, my kittens are about 6 or 7 months old and didn't want to go in at first almost like they're about to fall over lol 😂 so they're still a bit tired of it use it but I have a feeling as they get older they will be able to use it a lot more. Bought for a 10 week old kitten. My older cats (18 months old) don't like it at all. The kitten wobbles too. I think it's because it's slippery inside and they seem unsafe in there. They explore the rim, which has some gripping power, but immediately pop out. I added a piece of fabric that wraps under the bowl (which sits on top of the outer holder/rim). I definitely had mixed feelings about this hammock. I love this idea, but here are some pros and cons that I found: Pros: - visible bobs on the toes! - tufts of wool come out of small holes in bowl (see window) - suction cups seem strong - color is cute Cons: - wires are thin which makes me doubt durability - bowl is too small for most cats - there is a Few parts but they don't stick together.
