Apple charges a ridiculous amount of money for RAM when you set up your iMac, and you have to deal with shipping delays so they can 'set up' it. I've installed RAM on old Macs and it was easy, but installing this one was so easy, it amazed me! In less than 10 minutes I upgraded the memory and my iMac was up and running again - it's that easy! Delivery was quick and the product was packaged very well.

Came back and tried a replacement again believing the problem was unique to that particular set.
