Not Worth the Investment

My analysis of this instrument showed that the readings were inconsistent and unreliable. Despite multiple calibration attempts, the results were still inaccurate. The only positive aspect of this product was its affordability, but the low quality simply isn't worth the money. The unreliable data produced by this instrument could potentially harm the success and progress of an aquaculture operation.

Unusable device - Instruments for substance analysis

0 stars is more appropriate, but I think you could reuse the batteries elsewhere. Doesn't agree at all, doesn't even close, so you have to discard ALL readings. Same tank 1 minute 230, 10 minutes later 110, a day later 300, then 125 an hour later. You can also use your finger to measure

Doesn't seem to work at all

Bought this to service my pool. This meter cannot tell the difference between reverse osmosis water, pool water with 7.5 ppm chlorine and water with 1% chlorine. With our uncalibrated there is no noticeable difference when testing any of these liquids. I made sure the probe was clean between measurements as well. It will be returned.
