Big. Like all OXO products, excellent quality and design.

What might pass for a bread pan today should put most of them to shame. This OXO is great. For me, my bread bakes evenly and is ready to use. I've baked a lot of bread since Covid and these pans last. They're also great for meatloaf.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • So-so

Even baking, easy release, easy cleaning

Excellent quality. Nice smooth finish. Used to make Banana Bread. It's amazing even to bake. Items are easy to reach with one touch, and the edges of all buns are beautifully browned. Please note this is not dishwasher safe but is very easy to clean with a quick wipe - no scrubbing!

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Expensive

You will love these tins

Really great strong lunch tins and the color is nice and light If you are baking banana bread or pumpkin you should have noticed that the dark coated pans tend to brown the outside of the bread, while the center is still baking. This is not the case with these forms. I plan to try other OXO baking products

Pros
  • Great range
Cons
  • Not as thick as other tins

Excellent bread pan in the kitchen and dining room

I have replaced my 25 year old cupcakes, bread and squares. I wanted good heavy pans for even baking. I was not disappointed. The pan is heavy. It finishes evenly, turning your baked goods golden brown. I wash the pan by hand. It's about 1 inch shorter than a standard loaf pan. It made my bread bigger. It makes great bread with a nice crust.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Can I add something

Excellent nonstick bread pan 1#

Says not to use cooking spray so I use oil. I love OH products. A bit pricey but worth it in the long run I think. I had an old enamel loaf pan that was worn down the bottom corners and may have rusted through. It's a little deeper than I would have preferred and it impacts the cooking and gets the center and top of whatever you're cooking. Little chatter.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and shelf life
Cons
  • Hard to say

Non-stick and very well made

These high quality pans are: 1) Beautiful to look at - pink beige 2) Well made, durable - thick walls for even heat distribution. 3) Totally non-stick - I baked bread without greasing the molds and it just popped out. The pans didn't even need to be washed, although I did anyway. ;) I highly recommend it. They cost a little more but I believe they will work well for a long, long time.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • thin

The quality I expect from OXO

I bought 2 bread pans and am very satisfied. I use them to bake bread and both loaves rise right out of the pan leaving nothing behind. The pans look very nice and are very durable. My bread baked evenly and had a perfect crust. As with all non-stick items, always hand wash, never put in the dishwasher. Even if it says dishwasher safe, don't. You need to use a special dishwashing detergent because ordinary detergent is too harsh. Even then I wouldn't trust it. I tried it once with a frying pan…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No instructions

Best baking pan I've had in almost 60 years of baking

For health reasons, we make our bread from freshly ground wheat and have used different types of baking pans for decades: glass, ordinary metal, non-stick metal. Hands down, the OXO Pro Gold Bread Pan outperforms them all by baking even and fairly nicely browned baked goods that pop out of the pan easily, for both yeast and quick breads. It's also a much better buy than the Williams & Sonoma gold bakeware, which is so expensive it feels like it's real gold. I'll be buying more OXO Pro products…

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some bugs

The bread turned out great!

I've been looking for a good bread pan for a long time. All pans I've bought from stores to date have resulted in overcooked/hard bottoms and sides. This OXO bread pan had great reviews and a unique bottom design, so I decided to give it a try. I just used my bread pan to make Banana Nut Bread for the first time and I was amazed at how good it came out! The crust rose and browned perfectly without burning the sides or bottom. My husband said the bread tasted buttery and delicious. Wonderful…
